After you submit your initial trip inquiry form, our team will reach out to schedule your complimentary consultation call. We want to learn more about you and what’s driving your vacation desires—so we can deliver a tailored escape.
Think we’re a good fit? Then we’ll get to work crafting your trip proposal. First we’ll map out the destinations and properties, and once you sign off on those we’ll nail down the really fun stuff like exclusive tours and immersive experiences.
Once we’ve incorporated your feedback and you’ve signed off on your final itinerary, we’ll book it all for you—everything from hotels and transfers to tours, dinner reservations, and museum tickets. This allows your escape to be seamless from beginning to end.
Leading up to departure, we’ll ensure you’re fully prepared with your final travel documents, in-depth itinerary accessible via mobile app, and our contact info + info for our in-destination travel partners. If you need any assistance while you travel, we’ll spring into action.
We’ll check in while you’re traveling and when your plane has landed back home—we want to make sure your Luxury Route experience was better than you could have even imagined. And we’re ready to start dreaming of your next trip, too, if you are.

Once your date is officially reserved, we'll send over a few goodies to help you prepare for the big day. We're happy to serve as a resource for vendor recommendations, timeline guidance and more!

Sessions can take place anywhere from immediately following a proposal to just a few days before the wedding. We’ve found that there isn’t a “good” or “bad” time to take your photos.
Engagement Session
We check in about two months before the wedding to start chatting about timeline specifics, special details, family formal shot lists, special traditions and anything else we should know about your big day.
Wedding Day Prep
It's finally here! The day the two of you say "I Do" and dance the night away surrounded by your family and friends. Just know we're excited to celebrate and capture your wedding day. It's going to be awesome
The Big Day
You can expect your photos to be delivered via an online gallery within about three weeks of your wedding. At that time, we'll also send over details about preserving your images through prints and albums.

our signature planning process
We do charge a Design Fee for our in-depth itineraries; this covers our time researching your options, crafting your itinerary, booking and managing all travel components, and supporting you all along the way. This also allows us to offer concierge-level service, booking everything from dinner reservations to spa services for you.
The Design Fee differs depending on your trip’s length and complexity—we’ll share the Design Fee with you after your complimentary consultation call!

Virtuoso is an invite-only consortia of the world’s top travel companies. Our affiliation with Virtuoso, through Travel Experts, allows us to pass on exclusive perks to our clients at Virtuoso properties, which may include complimentary breakfast, early check in/late check out, spa/resort credit, room upgrades, and more.

For simple trips, that only require hotel bookings + transfers, we ask for a retainer that is refunded back to you when you return from your trip. We offer this to clients who want to take advantage of the perks and inclusions that we are often able to get through our hotel partner programs and industry affiliations, such as Virtuoso, Rosewood, Belmond, Four Seasons and more.

And we work with everyone from families to couples celebrating anniversaries or honeymoons.
