On a case by case basis, we do offer this service for new clients only if they know the hotel and travel dates they wish to book.

We do charge a trip management for our in-depth itineraries; this covers our time researching your options, crafting your itinerary, booking and managing all travel components, and supporting you all along the way. This also allows us to offer concierge-level service, booking everything from airport transfers to private exclusive experiences.

The fee differs depending on your trip’s length and complexity—we’ll share the Design Fee with you after your complimentary consultation call!
